If we want to win this game, we have to start out the fourth with the Rose-Gordon-Nocioni three ring circus. You have to go with those three, those are your 3 guys to depend on during the stretch of the game. You aren't going to win it with Kirk, Luol, or Thabo. At least go down fighting.

Making this game close, and losing by 6 will be a lot better than losing by 20+. That was the difference between the 06-07 team and last year's team. Last year's team got blown out. 06-07 team (and even more so in the two years befoer that), we would make it close or sometimes even win it.

Tyrus Thomas is playing point guard while my good friend Derrick Rose is sitting on the bench. This seems to be a winning formula.

The Celtics are now guarding Ben Gordon with their entire team.

It's not that hard to coach the Bulls. Put Derrick Rose in, it's that simple!

Tyrus started off the most recent slide with a completely lazy pass. That finally got him out of the game. Probably for good.

Deng with a long jumper covered in Celtics. He's quietly gone 2-9.

Kirk Hinrich finally found his way to the bench! Guy must have some embarassing pictures of Bulls management.

He broke a tooth while being used as a can opener.

I REALLY hope the Bulls learned something from tonight's self ass kicking. We could have competed with Boston, but I think we kicked our own ass rather than Boston doing it...Boston just fed off of our lackluster D and poor shot selection and decision making and upped their defensive intensity and pressure and then they SCORED. The Bulls would be a good team if they knew how to SCORE, who to pass it to for the SCORE and how to shoot consistently and SCORE....so all in all

    poor defense: (rare help D)
terrible offense: (gunning shots, blind lob passes that caused T/O's, not enough slashing to draw the foul and just not knowing what the hell to do)

    LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES CHICAGO!

P.S. No more Sefolosha in the starting line up, he's just not ready.

It reminded me of those first few games of the Detroit series from a few years ago.

Derrick Rose/Ben Gordon better be the starting lineup tomorrow night. I'm not holding my breath though, because there seems that the higher powers don't want Gordon to start.

I don't understand why Hinrich and Gordon aren't starting?

What are your guys thoughts on the Celtics from this game?

Good defense....they couldn't stop Rose or Gordon from driving into the lane (although Gordon isn't the best finisher, so he couldn't put too much of a hurt on them), and they generally had great defense.

Their offense isn't great, but their defense is championship level again, which is the most important thing. Very good team, just like last year, although I think the Lakers might be better this year. I predicted them to be #1 in the East in my predictions, and I take it they will fulfill that.

That was such a horrible game. I like how Rose kept driving in and trying to score. He was about the only person in the Bulls who could score.

Thomas is stupid. This is the first time I have seen him play this last season and its just horrible. The amount of shots he took at the start of teh shot clock. He needs to realise they were leaving him open for a reason.

I'm just dissappointed in the lack of hustle for the most part of the game. The ball movement was horrible as well, I don't know whether to blame players or coaches for that one. One thing I did feel though is the selfishness of Thomas fed throughout the whole team, everyone seemed to just look for their own shot after Thomas set the tone. I think Rose needs to see this and get players to share the ball around like a elite PG does, e.g. Kidd. But a bit unfair to expect that sort of thing from Rose now. I think the kid just wanted to win so bad that he thought the only way to win was to score since noone else could.

    Thanks for the analysis BG7.

I thought they struggled with their offense as well. Not sure why though. :NOTMARIS:
