I've practiced migrating the site a few times now and found the fastest way I can do it. It'll take between 6-8 hours. This is how long we'll be off the air, in theory. I plan on doing it New Year's day, no sooner than 6 hours after the end of the Rose Bowl (for obvious reasons). I have zero doubt it's going to work and that I can fix anything that goes wrong or is wrong. Please bear with me.
