    He gets too obsessed with the guys he drafts. I mean this is the fucking issue. CJ and Dame home runs obviously. Meyers and Crabbe. We paid Crabbe an absurd amount. Meyers has been here for what? 4-5 years? and we are starting him? what in the living fuck? I don't want this guy as GM anymore, tired of this asset and flexibility talk. I get we kinda have to build through the draft because we aren't a free agent destination. Okay well take the best player from that and trade the other two picks for something you know you are getting.

    I have voiced this possibility several times, then he gets an apology from me and I think it's "possible" it went down that way

    No moves at the deadline (not including the Nuric deal) means Olshey is putting a lot of weight on draft night/this summer. He's going to have to do a lot of work. Gms may come after our three draft picks, but they aren't going to want to take big contracts to get them. We are going to be left dumping contracts for nothing if Neil isn't careful.

    I have to wonder if he is over valuing players and is asking too much in return for them.
