Here ya go newbies....... one giant thread for all the random thoughts you might have. You know the weird little things that pop into your ginormous domes in between D&D tourneys. Instead of just creating a thread that would clog up our finely tuned forum, you can just dump it here with all your Cyber-friends random takes. For example when you are trying to decide whether to cuddle up for the night with your blow up sheep or inflatable Tyrone sex doll. “Do I roll my 20 sided dye and use my 9th level healing power, or watch a Doctor Who marathon”. You know, “Do I venture up to the normal world and leave the comfy confines of my Cheetos infested gaming lounge?” That type of post. No need for a brand new thread anytime one of these amazing intense opinions pops up. Do that shit here and give me back my forum! Read the Rules and FAQs if you have a problem with this. As you were mouth breathers. #FAMS
I'm going to make a thread called "I'm A Washed Up Vet and Don't Understand the Irony of Making A Thread Telling Posters Not to Make Threads"
Funny timing. I was trying to trademark a series of RipCityTwo blowup dolls with some famous posters featured. The HCP trademark got rejected because Disney already owns it. I couldn't believe it and they sent me a picture from the trademark application disney submitted years ago. Couldn't argue with them after I saw it.
Now this is a prime example where editing is out of line. I think I’ve been around long enough to be able to joke like this with @HCP. There was nothing unkind or snarky whatsoever and I think @HCP would agree.....unless of course he just wanted to screw with me......which is always a consideration.......
I just realized that on the main page, if you click on the date/time link below the last person who posted name, it takes you to the most recent post. My day is complete. HCP is a butt head. (mod edit test)
He would, and I'd agree with you, and I'd probably prefer to leave it alone because it was clearly innocuous. But I've been told that I'm supposed to be consistent on the "insult rule", whether joking or not. Otherwise I could let one go that is joking, and then someone else could point to it later as an example of inconsistent modding, or I could be wrong and what I thought was a joke was interpreted seriously, and then it leads to 800-post long threads about the moderators, and...well I can't win either way. Sorry.
Even as a "Rook" I knew you were joking with HCP. Shouldn't there be different rules for insulting @HCP though? Especially on a thread like this that is basically an insult thread to begin with.
You know, you'd think so. But in another thread, I suggested just yesterday that everyone attack HCP, and even that was redirected toward SlyFuhrerDog. That mutt just can't stand not being the center of attention, and he knows who his biggest competition is.
