I get losing. But, we do have to make every opponent even the shittiest ones look so good.

Never seen a team shoot that bad. Never.

This is first Hornets team to win a game in Portland in 16 years.

That 1998 Charlotte roster featured David Wesley, Eddie Jones, Bobby Phills, and Derrick Coleman

Pretty sure it was 2008. So maybe the Lee Nailon teams?

Wow. A brutal effort. Great for lottery ball combinations, however!

Billups said he's proud, his team stayed in this game, the whole game. (The Hornets running up their 4th quarter lead to 21 doesn't count.)

Fentress was being a jerk, i think Chauncey just walked out the presser.

i just don't fucking care tbh. this is just terrible basketball. making a mockery of the game for the third straight year.

spent half my time planning a vacay, and the other half messing around with a rubik's cube.

just have the tv on for god knows what reason with the game playing on mute.

Well he can't just say we are tanking. He has to dress it up.

He says Thybulle just went out, so the Hornets can breathe a sigh of relief. Like, he thinks we have that one player.

He says Duop Reath should start a doo-wop group. Then he sings a few lines from Under the Boardwalk.

They're called the Hornets, right? I keep thinking the Beekeepers or White Horses or something. I forgot their other name, after the Jazz.

He says they now won 5 of last 6. If you listen to him, it looks like we will get the #1 pick. All game, he repeated excitedly that they haven't beaten us in our building since 2008. They just beat Utah for the first time in their building since 2006. He kept listing retired old-timers who were in their first short pants on the Charlotte 2008 team.

...The main guy closed by saying the color guy was Dell Curry, and his own name is Eric. Thanks, Eric! You think you're the only Eric in the world? I was trying to get your name!

I was at the game and felt comatosed watching it; Like I'd just eaten about 2 lbs of pasta. What an awfully boring game..

you almost witnessed an NBA futility record. If the bench guys didn't hit 2 threes in garbage time, the Blazers would have set the brick bar high for worst 3pt shooting night in NBA history (30+ attempts)

Haberjinx openly talking about lottery odds, and making sure we secure them over Charlotte in the first half was the final straw for me.

How has this franchise sunk so low? An absolute embarrassment.

this wasn't a blowout, this was a close battle according to Coach. Billups is less stressed then Strennus

I guess the Rockets missed 27 threes in a row against Warriors in playoffs. So the Blazers 25 straight doinks tonight is not an NBA record.

I think the tank mode has gotten over the top because they’ve zero’d in on a prospect they really want.

thankfully, I deliberately missed the game...

looking at the box score I see that the 4 starters not named Ayton combined for 31 points on 52 shots...now that's some quality tanking
