No, I'm pointing out the error in your thinking. I don't know why but you consistently look for sketchy sources to support your conspiratorial suspicions. What are the odds? 840 times more likely for raw milk drinkers
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that around 1,600 people in the United States get listeriosis, a serious infection caused by the bacterium Listeria monocytogenes, each year, and about 260 of those infections are fatal. Listeriosis is the third leading cause of death from foodborne illness in the United States. The infection is most likely to sicken pregnant women and their newborns, adults aged 65 or older, and people with weakened immune systems.
You keep saying that in an apparent attempt make me defensive or change the subject, but that has no base in reality. I'm just buying the most readily available and convenient milk that data shows is the healthiest. It just so happens that it's also the least likely to cause harm to myself and family. Literally zero fear is involved in my milk buying decisions.
Of course not. Mix it with bleach and hydroxychloroquine, inject it and then shine a very bright light up your ass and you have the perfect cure for Covid-19. I mean, if there were actually a problem with that. Stupid libs.
LOL the only people making this political are right wing people pushing the idea that raw milk is somehow better than pasteurized milk. News flash, it's not. It's amazing how doing things that have significant health risks are now litmus test for being a conservative these days. I am wondering how much longer it is until the lemming leaders proclaim jumping off the top of 10 story buildings is manly. Then those of us saying "Hey, that's pretty, you know, stupid, you'll you know, die." is going to be dismissed as being 'political' by those pushing such that stupid idea. But please, be my guest, go drink more raw cow milk and see how that goes for you. Please let me know how that cow poop infusion after taste is. https://www.science20.com/science_20/want_to_consume_cow_feces_have_some_raw_milk-153321
Eating raw eggs is another manly act. I am very fond of eggs when cooked. Don't even like soft boiled. The thought of eating a carton of raw eggs makes me gag.
People who want to drink raw milk should definitely drink raw milk. Just so much raw milk. Thin the herd for us.
What’s gonna get the flu after birds? The ferret flu pandemic? Breaking news as a new Otter flu pandemic is on the rise
If a person wanted to drink raw milk, I'd recommend goat milk over cow milk for safety....people all over the world drink raw goats milk and it's closer to human milk than cow's milk is. I grew up on a dairy farm and we made butter and cheese from un pasteurized milk but any drinking milk needed to be pasteurized due to things like mastitis in cow's udders and other parasites. I've drank raw milk without getting sick but I knew it was a healthy Holstein cow. I wouldn't risk it today. I actually gave up milk and cheese about 5 years ago...still use butter on occassion and ice cream though. A lot depends on the diet and health of the cow...you don't want to drink raw milk from a cow that's sleeping in manure or urine soaked bedding for example. You don't want to drink raw milk from a tick infested cow, etc.
Goats milk is excellent. The main reason I consume raw milk is because when I was around 30, I randomly developed lactose intolerance. And i grew up drinking probably 2 gallons of milk per week, so that was unexpected. Apparently its pretty common to become lactose intolerant later in life. I can still drink pasteurized milk in very moderate amounts, but for whatever reason raw milk doesn’t affect my intolerance. And obviously i buy it from good local sources and don’t run around sucking on cow-shit covered udders, as many here seem to believe is the most common way for “conservatives” to obtain raw milk these days.
