Oh no, don't let Stro play yet. He may be the reason we lose tonight in Orlando. You know these games are important with us being in the playoff chase and all. Frank is a midget bum.

why play nenad for about 2 mins last night and have him do nothing when stro could have played those 2 mins and perhaps may have brought some energy.

But Stro wouldn't have known what to do while Carter chucked up shots from all over down the stretch. He can't comprehend that kind of intricate offense yet. And thank God we gave some minutes to Antoine Wright who went 1 for 5 with a charge and looked awful as usual.

You see Stro's been frozen in ice for millions of years. He doesn't understand our modern offenses and schemes, with the "screens" and "picks" and "motion." He's just a ...caveman.

We probably would've lost last night with Stro anyways, and we'll lose tonight with or without Stro.

Who cares if Stro doesn't play

i dont understand this, we supposedly have a complicated system to learn but all we ever run are isos and most of our players suck and turn into long 2s. this team is so frustrating

You can't just throw a guy into a system after only a few days. The guy has to learn. I mean Lakers run that complicated triangle offense and you didn't see them throw gasol out there right away. What's that? he played? hmm...well i bet he didn't do very well. what? 24 pts and 12 rebounds? well i'm out of ideas

It's been a frustrating season, and so far a lot of all we've been able to look forward to have been highlights, thus I can't blame you for wanting to see a dunker out there. However, sooner or later you'd like to see the Nets play better basketball, and so it makes sense to put players out there that give you a chance to win a game, not a dunk competition.

Our offensive schemes are so stupid even Jessica Simpson would call them retarded.

Because not caring if you lose, if you can lose while dunking the ball, is a shitty way of running a basketball team.

I see Stromile Swift as the second coming of Mikke Moore. They are both athletic. They both finish well around the rim. From what I hear, Stromile has a money midrange jumper, just like Mikke. They both get that occassional block.
    Anybody agree with me here?

I think Stro could fill that Mikke Moore role, or maybe at best a KMart role. Honestly, all he's got to do to score is find a way to get above the rim and Kidd can find him for the alley oop, that's how KMart scored a ton of his points.

That has become such an urban legend. 4 points a game is not a ton of points.

In 2002-2003, Kenyon averaged 4.4 PPG from dunks
In 2003-2004, Kenyon averaged 4.1 PPG from dunks

I haven't seen a player who could fit the KMart role anywhere in the league...well, except for that guy on Denver [IMG]
