Maybe I'm just seeing things. [/IMG] you can see a clear b in the top rectangle, and then a mirror image of p in the bottom one.
A few years ago, that would have been easy - the Sonics. Since they no longer exist, the closest I have is Houston. (because I will always love Adelman for the success he brought us)
I like watching other teams on NBA LP with good announcers, and to me, that includes Golden State and New York. To me, it's entertaining listening to their guys just have a meltdown at the end of games and questioning why this player did that, or do that.
you know that the mirror image of a p is a q right? as in, there is no p there. I had read that the point of the logo was suppose to be 5 on 5 represented by the two sets of lines coming together.
When I was a grad student at USC, the Clippers still played at the Sports Arena, which is literally across the street from campus. They were my second faves then - including when they looked like they were going to break the 76ers record for suckiest team (they had Pooh Richardson and Bo Outlaw, among others) and they just missed setting a record for losses in a row by beating the Bucks, who had just activated their prized rookie, Glenn Robinson, after a protracted contract dispute. But now it's too hard to ignore the sleaziness of Sterling, and I've gone right off Dunleavy too (who, of course, was coach and GM of that Bucks team). I do like Baron Davis, though... I used to like the Kings, as well, but Webber kind of killed that buzz, and now they're just depressing. But I will follow their progress this season because of Sergio. I guess it'll have to be the Spurs. Love Duncan, love Ginobili, love Parker. Pops is great, too. I guess they're my least "hate" team. Although I did root against them in the Spurs-Pistons final, when the Pistons had that great team of which only two players remain (Big Ben II does not count).
With NBA I dont have a 2nd favorite team, I still follow the other teams almost religiously. I'll even sit and watch a Clipper-Grizz game lol. when its not Blazers I'm watching I just hope both teams play a good entertaining game, and that includes the Lakers, sorry guys.
I have always like the Magic since they came into the league. A few years ago when there was all the talk of the Blazers leaving I said I would be a Magic fan if that happened.
The Kings - the enemy of my enemy is my friend. - They used to be a lot of fun to watch back in the Adelman days. Jason Williams, then Bibby and their bigs passing out of the post. - They're a fellow small market team. 3rd "favorite" team (grudging respect would be a better way to put it) is the Spurs. Despite their constant whining and their somewhat boring basketball, they're (almost) everything I want the Blazers to become.
