His line didn't play as poorly as they did against the Eagles, and the Giants didn't blitz nearly as much. He missed open receivers and was too quick to make the checkdown throw. Doesn't really show on the scoresheet, because he inflated his stats when the Giants had already won the game. But he was very mediocre, even when you factor in the Chiefs crappiness. I wouldn't trade Jay Cutler for him. And I'm not even big on the Cutler hype either.
Another Sanchez mistake leads to 6 more points for the Saints. It'll be interesting how/if he bounces back from this rut he's in right now.
Chutney, what do you make of your running back situation? Do you think Bradshaw should get more carries?
I think its fine, as is. Teams aren't loading the box anymore because they've realized our receivers aren't shit. The Giants typically go in with a 70-30 distribution between Jacobs and Bradshaw, and adjust according to who's a better matchup. That's the best way to go, IMO. A couple years down the road, Bradshaw's going to be the starter for this team though.
In my one league (not the S2 one) my two QBs (Romo, Sanchez(because Ryan is on a bye)) are both -3.50 at best FFFFFF
Romo got all the way down to the 2 yard line, but no good on three consecutive incomplete passes. Definitely makes you think about their off-season.
Did they really just call PI on Cromartie? Jesus, he's horrible. That is twice he's given them a 1st down on 3rd down.
And yeah, we might be the worst tackling team in the league. I haven't seen SD get their ass kicked this bad in a long time. No offense, no defense, special teams ain't doin' shit, either.
