Effortlessly clearing the puck from their own zone and crisp puck movement on the PP? Welcome AV!

It's nice to see them playing the 2013 game of hockey instead of trying to throw it back to 1995. You can now see how many good skaters are on the team and how they can take advantage of that.

I'm loving the defensive corpse coming into this season and am really looking forward to Staal hopefully having a full, healthy season.

Staal was very much missed. Thank god he didn't lose an eye or have lasting damage.

Love how quick we move the puck and that we actually have someone in front of the net most of the time. AV is going to be great for the rangers

Its nice to watch, even in preseason, to the point that I don't fall asleep. Torts hockey = boring as hell. Chip and chase and grind in the corners. Offense from behind the goal line...Ugh. Looking back, I really think the overwhelming amount of talent we had was the real reason they won any games at all. The definition of insane is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Sure he changed the lines around every five minutes or so, but they did the same thing, game in and game out.
