    You always know when Denny hits a snag the moment he uses other posters, especially ones he has fiery debates with, to side with in the current debate

    Hahahhaa. You don't have to believe it to have a philosophical discussion. Now I know you have a decent brain between those ears of yours.

    So let's get back to the OP topic. If that was a possibility, would the "spirit" have the ability to see all past, present and future?

    Or to restate the question, can 10-dimensional apricots ride unicorns on Thursdays in Februcember?

    The answer is clearly prostate cancer with mint sauce.

    So you don't think something outside the natural world can gain access to all past, present and future?

    Sure it could. It could be run over by a minivan, too.

    Cool beans! Your symbolism is out of the box! I think I got it...

    Minivan = subjective naturalism

    Unicorn = the spirit consciousness

    Mint sauce = the bridge between the natural universe and the realm beyond the natural world.

    Let me think of the rest

    Wait I think prostate cancer = blindness of conceptualism! Genius!!! Not only does it explain the lack of philosophical reasoning, killing man's true self with observation death!

    Also the connection with a sex organ can be another symbolism that this cancer kills the drive "sexual pleasure" and understanding of the concept of spirituality.

    In other words, when you allow the cancer to control you, you become a dead soul!

    You and Shakespeare are two the same!

    Does our future already exist and we just lack the ability to remember it?

    In not quite sure. It seems the "time stream" would flow regardless of our natural self. I guess the possibility that our individualism "ego" is no longer. So what our future is would hold no relevance?

    If a perspective from outside time is possible and a fixed future already exists, wouldn't the flow of time (and the apparent free will) we experience be just an illusion?

    No because the free will is during our time in the natural world. But outside the the natural world, you could theorize that we would be timeless. Meaning time, regardless of future, it isn't a binding force in our new reality

    Or possibly, time is the actual illusion?

    Cold hearted orb that rules the night,
    Removes the colours from our sight,
    Red is gray and yellow white,
    But we decide which is right.
    And which is an illusion?

    Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld can't travel to many countries because they will be detained as war criminals. That proves more than your kangaroo court did.

    Time is merely the next-higher dimension, through which our 3-D space passes. It seems eternal to us, but finite to a 4-D entity.

    Just as we see 3-D objects as finite in length, but a linear 2-D creature would see a 3-D women's breast as infinite in width. He could pass down its length, but not perceive its width.
