Comacast stole my ability to watch the Blazers. Screw them. CSNNW can't lose something it never had. It never had my viewership or my readership. I do not go to their site, UNLESS an article is linked from here. The guy is a dipshit.
I believe Mo was undervalued as well. He was the only bench player that could create his own shot. He was often a lift when the offense sputtered, and he was good at pushing tempo. He also provided veteran leadership. I would say Mo is responsible for at least 5 or 6 extra wins last year, not to mention his big 3 in the Houston series that won game 4. The loss of Mo's offense could be negated by the improvements of Barton and CJ, but I wouldn't be surprised to see our bench have several games where they bog down and have trouble scoring. I don't see any player off the bench that can create something out of nothing the way Mo did.
Let me tell you something about Comcast: Fuck Comcast and the editor they rode in on. 1. 1. The media according to Wookee
I was only explaining why I posted Dwight's article the way I did. Now I'll never get on Talkin' Ball.
Screw comcast. Thanks to their exclusive 10-year TV deal with the Blazers they are used to operating as a monolopy. Guess what dip shits, no on owns the internet, not even comcast. Go fuck yourself, loser. BNM
Even though we FINALLY got the Blazer channel at the very end of last season down here, i really hope they don't re-up with Comcast when the deal is done, and maybe go back to what is now Root. Fuck Comcast.
WTF??? Did you even read the replies? Multiple posters have disagreed with him and said Mo's scoring off the bench will be missed more than Jaynes thinks. You're like a broken record and painfully predictable. It's like you just cut and paste the same whiny shit over and over without even reading the thread. BNM
Nope. Because if you agree with him, that means you read what he wrote, and that automatically negates any credibility generated by him accidentally being right.
i have to assume this is why Neil elected to not do anything this year (Don't know If I completely buy into it. Only time will tell). I don't agree with Jaynes, they might be a lil wiser in the back court but i don't think they are any better with Blake over Williams.
Of course. I agreed with him. But then again, I'm not a Dwight Jaynes basher. I don't pay enough attention to him for him to get under my skin, I guess. I reserve the right to disagree at a future time, though.
Tell the Editor that I never click on his site except for links here. Also, tell him if he wants traffic, he should run articles about how pissed off Blazer fans are at Comcast for its failed effort at overcharging local carriers. And mention that you have to pass messages from me because I dumped Comcast years ago because the bill kept inching up $10 every 2 months. Crooks. Tell him to go eat an unpeeled radish.
Earl Watson and Mo are gone. Steve Blake and Chris Kaman took their roster spots. What's not to like? Mo had skills, Earl was a teacher but Blake is a better distributor, 3pt shooter and defender than Mo was and Kaman is going to give you more than Earl as well as teach Meyers, Joel and TRob how to play in the post. The question is not whether we upgraded talent but what Stotts can do with this roster. Stotts more than anyone will need to adjust and get more out of his bench.
I agree with the way you posted the link to the article. Comcast gets the traffic since the entire article is not quoted. However, asking for the commentary too is B.S. I have zero desire to talk about this subject on their board. We have built this board to our liking and it is silly to have to build one for every media source that generates Blazer articles. If Comcast does not want the traffic then lets not give it to them.
