It just seems like he enjoys playing for the blazers and that's giving him confidence to ball out. Hopefully he's truly found a home.

The biggest issue is health, so hopefully he stays healthy.

Thought he did an okay today. When was the last time we had a backup center who knew WTF he was doing?

Dude rebounds, he passes, and he can score on his own. He's easily the best backup big we've had in a long time.

Kaman is a full player - he's got good feet, good hands, a smart brain, and heart.

But, what I really like about Kaman is that if things start getting dicey, we can also run the offense through him. He's a very willing passer and scorer, stabilizing the second unit when it goes awry.

You know if the Thunder, Spurs, Cavs or Bulls had signed Kaman it would have been reported as the steal of the off season. Hopefully it will end up being that way for us anyway.

Can't wait for Simmons's comments if Kaman continues to contribute like he has been.

Imagine the team with a 23-2 record and Kaman is averaging 12/6 a game. Rose asks "Kaman who?!" With a smile. Simmons replies "Kaman is the reason why the Blazers have become the talk of the town".

Rose replies "Didn't you say that Blazers regressed and don't give me this Kaman crap?"

Simmons replies "What idiot said that?!"

Value-wise, importance and impact wise he may deserve it if he plays like this but there wont be enough flash for him to get it

Oh my God, if he keeps pulling a Fred Astaire out there...maybe he could be our missing piece of the trinity.

LOL, He passed the ball DIRECTLY to an OKC player last night. Total brain fart. ;)

Still, I was happy with the signing at the time, now I'm ecstatic. :)

Somehow I missed that play. don't know what I was doing when that happened lol.
That's the kind of play that happened all the time to Kaman when he was on the Clippers.

There were a few examples of this last night. Shot clock winding down and kaman bailed out the team. It's great having two legit scoring big men. There will always be two 7 footers on the court (LA is a 7fter to me). This is a huge advantage. Also, how many teams have two above average centers? A lot don't even have one.

Kinda reminds me of a 'Squatch'...sorta fits given the environment. Would love for when he gets sub'd into the game the arena has a primal-beast call (Chewbacca-ish) play.
