There's no reason for Najera to get suspended... I at least noticed him holding back players repeatedly. He was actually helping the situation, surprisingly.

Yeah Justice, I dont think he deserves one, but I bet Stern gives him at least a game. Its an automatic 1 game suspension if you th bench area, so since he was out there on the court at the time, I bet Stern will give him something just because he's David Stern. I'm suprised that bench players didnt get involved. If Nate had been on the bench, he'd defanitly would of left the area and would of ended up in the middle of it.

I was under the impression that he was actually playing at the time. I guess not.

Melo is a damn pussy. He came out od nowhere when Mardy Collins wasnt paying attention, hit him, and then ran away..Christ, I didnt think it was that bad of a flagrant foul. Collins just didnt want to be dunked on, and the game was over anyway. JR Smith has a temper tantrum, and shouldnt have went off like that. Anyone got news on the suspension times?

Ugly brawl! But doesn't hold a candle to the pistons-pacers brawl over 2 years ago

Even in high school they never stopped games if one of the teams was winning by 20 or more points.

I mean it was a flagrant but I don't think a fight should've broken out. it was hard to tell but did nate tackle miller or jr smith? I thought it was smith. I think this fight could be the turning point in the season for the knicks.

You can tell, because it's number 1 that gets slammed and that's Smith, and number 24 is Miller.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Pacers fan forever @ Dec 17 2006, 10:52 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>We were killing the Pistons in the brawl gameThey called the game off</div>That involved alot more people, and fans, that was a different set of circumstances. It's hard to control that many people getting involved, when it's just the ones on the court fighting, the refs can get that handled by throwing all the players on the court out of the game.

Same situation, the game was over score wise , a totally unnecessary flagrant foul, close to one minutue remaining. Does anyone think that Isiah Thomas is just a crappy coach at handling chaos? In his press confrence, where he could of came out and taken responsibility for his players, or anything, just make a comment to chill out the press. But no, he's basically laughing about alll the way through it.

b/c of the palace brawl. I'm guessin these suspensions are gonna be higher than they would have been if that palace brawl never happened. The NBA doesn't want this happening again, so I wouldn't be surprised if some of these guys like melo, smith, robinson get 30-40 games.

I meant turning point in that we're seeing some passion. guys lookin out for eachother. obviously the suspensions are gonna hurt but the only ones who will get suspended really are collins and nate. jefferies will prob only get like 1 or 2 games because he didn't really throw any punches he just chased after melo's pussy ass, what a bi*ch hahaha. I have no respect for melo now. he threw a cheap shot for a foul that wasn't even that hard. that was such a dirtbag punch. collins doesn't play much so that won't hurt, even though I think he should be playing more than he is. I think he gets an automatic game because of the flagrant but that's all I think he's gonna get maybe one more game. he didn't throw any punches it's hard to tell in the replay, I know he chased after melo but he got a sucker punch. nate will get a descent amount of games. and the other guys on the floor shouldn't get suspended like lee and frye were trying to break it up so they don't deserve suspensions just for being there. najera was trying to be a peacemaker as well so he shouldn't be suspended either. melo, smith, nate and collins will get the most of the suspensions.

Yeah, I was hoping that Jared Jeffries would get to the little bastard before his teammates stopped him.
