Notice Addressing the drama in the OT section this weekeend

We know, because the list of suspects is about 3 people long. And why shouldn't his opponents be just as concerned as him? With that statement, you take sides.

Many ask you, because almost no one agrees with your dislike of HCP. He used to be funnier, but for the last couple of years, has had to lie low from you 3.

 

I don't dislike HCP. Your whole premise falls apart instantly.

They asked me because I didn't get mad about him like they did.

 

You didn't mean to, but you made it sound that way when you said that only one side should be worried about the issue.

 

A couple of points I'd like to make concerning this @THE HCP, because to me all this stuff is weird....and I'm going to stay away from the whole who called the Blazers and all that stuff because I don't want to interfere with the investigation...but here are my 2 points:

1. I have not been here for too long, but I have not once, not one single time, read something The HCP wrote and thought, "That guy is bullying that other guy." Because isn't he just kidding around all the time? Like all the time? I mean, I guess joking can be bullying, but it is literally all in jest! This is surely a case of some serious misreading. My default is to joke too, so maybe my perception is skewed.

2. This is a Trail Blazer forum. We are all here because we love the Trail Blazers (except @Blazers1977 and that @AldoTrapani guy of course) and the motherfucking HCP works for the Blazers! He literally works for the team that we all love and follow! The players know his name! It's pretty cool. He is and should be a VIP in the forum. That doesn't mean you have to like him...I mean, who would? BUT there is no denying what he has to offer to the forum, whether it is actual insight into the team or potential creepy trips to his video van.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say that stuff.

 

It's juvenile to demand that the thread end, just because you're bored. (You've now posted that about 5 times.) Go watch TV or something.

 

As someone on the Left, I learn nothing from posts here of any conservatives (or liberals, to be honest) except Maris. He copies and pastes articles like Denny used to do. He may add a brief, unemotional comment. The responses to him from others are usually attempts to insult him. Unlike many posters here, he doesn't respond to bait, so there is no flame war. A couple of days later, he posts another article. There aren't pages of stuff from him complaining about his being a victim, like from some others.

If he weren't on the OT board, it would be very boring and the IQ level lower. Maris is the heart of the OT board, and should be the last person, if any, banned.

 

Because we are adults here and what we say here has ZERO to do with bosses or jobs. Because we don't need Big Brother. Because running to mommy when you don't like what someone says is for babies. Because being a narc is an asshole move. Because @THE HCP HCP is the only one brave enough here who tells us where he works and that should not be used against him.

I know, tell us where you work and we'll complain to your boss about you. What, you don't like that idea?

 

Then why did @SlyPokerDog even bring it up? The only people that want the discussion tossed aside, are the ones that didn't have fingers pointed at them. If those people don't enjoy the conversation, then maybe they shouldn't come back into the thread. Simple.

Sly did it! The site advertising revenue has been slacking, so he Emailed the Blazers, and then started this thread. Chaos and commotion ensues, and tons of posts are generated! Possible? Yes. Probable? Hell no. If I wasn't one of those 3 suspects @jlprk , then you can add me to the list. Lol. Like H.C. said, the dude has been not so nice, to MANY people in the past.

This is reality now. This is how the world works now. No, I do not agree with it, and wouldn't waste my time doing shit like that. However, HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU READ ABOUT SOMEONE GETTING FIRED BECAUSE OF THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS??? Nowadays, you own what you say. In person, or behind that keyboard.... I have said this before- I would get INSTANTLY fired, if I got caught flipping my employers, customers shit. Period.

To be fair, I think you live in the midwest (so far away from a majority of us). Quite a few of us know OB outside of the forum, know where he lives, knows at least some personal information about him. So its not just some anonymous thing for him.

trying to make an anonymous internet forum full of degenerates into a "community" was @SlyPokerDog 's first mistake.

 

Anyone here worth respecting would openly admit what he/she did. But I’d say only 10% of folks here are worthy of respect and self-respect. Keyboard cowboys and cowards.

I mostly stopped posting here for this very reason. I couldn’t be part of such a shit “community” on a regular basis.
