What happens if you have Ant + Hart for Siakam - would you do that?

Get your lighter fluid ready because he's the starter most likely to be traded this year.

I think you would throw in anything other than Hart with Ant and see if you could get it done.
Dame with Hart SG, Grant, Pascal, Nurk is very tough to beat most nights.

I don't believe that Toronto would, so it's moot.

I keep hearing that, but as far as I can tell it's because (a) he's on a good cheap contract, but (b) it's expiring. (a) is a reason to KEEP him, and also a reason why we wouldn't get fair value in a trade, and (b) is a reason why no other team would want him, so I just don't see it. I guess the assumption is either that we'll lose him for nothing as a FA or that he'll cost too much to re-sign (and the focus will be on Grant). Okay, that makes a LITTLE more sense, but if you look at the stats, Hart is actually more valuable to us than Grant, and will be cheaper, so why aren't people saying Grant will get traded? Because they think it'll piss Dame off? Because he was a "splashier" acquisition?

It seems that a lot of you would like to trade both Nurk and Simons. How about Simons to the Spurs for Poeltl and McDermott? Nurk and filler to Toronto for O.G.

I like Hart... I'm not sure if he's more valuable than Grant, but he certainly provides something different that is of value.

I'm guessing Grant won't be traded because there was a handsake agreement on the extension before he came to Portland, something that was unlikely to be included when we traded for Hart.

Simons has much more value than Poeltl. As far as Nurk and filler for OG, I’d love that but OG is worth way more than that.

It would probably have to be a 3- way trade, with the Spurs sending more assets to the Raptors.

I think the only way Hart would be traded is if he tells management he doesn't want to come back here.

If I were to buy a jersey this season it would be a Josh Hart jersey. I've wanted a guy like him on this team for a long time. I actually like for all the 3Js to stick around.

If they tear this team apart….HART is NOT the player to get rid of.

But if they want to tinker, he has a reasonable, easy to move contract...

It's not always about the value of the player, sometimes it's the contract...

And yes. I. As well, would hate to see Hart traded

nobody wants to see him go…but they are not going to sign him to a long term deal to be the starting SF.
He’s the first and maybe only to go at the deadline

I hope he doesn't get traded, but hope this year hasn't meant for shit. Hope in one hand and shit in the other and see what you get first.
