Yeah, and The Martian has looked competent in the OF as well. But Cashman probably won't admit he made another huge mistake by resigning Hicks and acquiring Donaldson by allowing Dominguez and Volpe or maybe Peraza to start opening day. In Cashman's mind, the inane contracts of Donaldson and Hicks will predictably trump common sense and younger talent.
