"It's not a rebuild Blazer fans. It's a re-tool." MB narrating a Blazers commercial after Aldridge took the L-Train to San Antonio.
Marc Spears interview with Miami Herald. @11:15, Marc talks about Lillard being "checked out" of Portland, wants to try and win the title.
Marc Spears thinks Portland should just bring in Herro and figure it out. We’ll see you at media day, Marc.
Of all the pieces Miami has (or lack thereoff), next to Jovic, Orlando Robinson is the one that is most interesting to me.
Yeah, I don't see how that would work. Too many players on the roster without cutting someone before making a consolidation trade at the deadline. We could throw a couple of young players in with Herro, but we would need a team desperate for a 3-point shooter. No particular order or position Scoot/ Ant Sharpe/Herro Nas/ Thybulle Grant/ Jovic Nurk/Moses Keon, JJjr, Knox, Rupert, Murray, Walker Two-way contracts: Badji, Butler
I know Orlandos defense is shabby. But maybe its something you can work on. Also, I defintely dont rank Jaime over Jovic. Youre falling for the Heat hype machine.
Dame DOLLA to DRAMA: Damian Lillard will not report to training camp if he’s traded to a destination other than Miami, per @ShamsCharania “If a team, like Toronto for instance, were to trade for Damian Lillard, I do not believe Lillard would even report.” (Via @TheRally )
Com’on now…at least see the full context. You conveniently left out “[Portland and]” before “Miami”. Stirring up shit for nothing.
It seems to me that Jaime is more of a Heat type of player than Jovic...... which is why they drafted him at 18. You might not think he is better than Jovic, but I find it hard to believe that Miami views it the same.
i wouldn't say it's stirring up shit for nothing. It's another confirmation, or assumption, that Dame wouldn't report to camp if he was traded anywhere but Miami.
