Hey, it wasn't me who got your 13 year old pregnant. You should be looking instead at the local tomcat. Or maybe the local shark? barfo
I've gotten those for my cats in the past (not that exact one of course, so your mileage may vary) but I've noticed that they don't care about it. But than again, the last few cats I've had hated human food and had an aversion to cat nip, so maybe mine are actual aliens instead of cats.
Got in car to go to grocery. Heard a thump as Lashanna jumped onto hood. Car warms up faster than the ground and cats love warm high places. I had to get out and lift her down. She sat on porch with injured expression.
I got my bathroom remodeled last week. Lashanna was very gracious about letting me use her room in the interim.
Lashanna brought me free range poultry. Feathers a major mess to clean, they are so small and light they float into every possible and impossible cranny.
Lashanna came home gagging and coughing. I didn't see anything in her mouth. She then ran out. I guess to eat grass and throw up. Most likely hairballs but scary. I will massage her throat if/when she returns. That came help them throw up. I hope she didn't get into anything toxic or get anything stuck.
Lashanna is home. She isn't retching. I gave her the end of a can of food. Figure if she's been vomiting her throat and stomach could be tender and soft food better. She ate the food. I opened a new can, which normally brings her running but she is lying on our bed. Possibly exhausted. I tried to listen to her breathing but when I lay down next to her she started purring and I couldn't hear breathing over the purr. Last night I had a massive insomnia attack. Years ago saw a sleep specialist who couldn't find a cause, just said I have insomnia. But she advised getting up and doing something that is routine, not stimulating, rather than toss and turn for hours. I baked and cleaned house and after four hours thought I could try to sleep. Turned off alarm, woke up an hour later than usual time with Lashanna tucked against me purring.
I am in trouble. Lashanna brought home free range poultry. She did the kill in the library. I went in later and vacuumed feathers, twice. Found remains of the bird in a corner, wrapped it up and disposed of it. Lashanna came home and looked for where she had left it. Clearly she was leaving the second half for later. She looked everywhere and meowed loudly. She is not happy with me.
You Ingrate After all she does for you, protecting you and her home from that foul fowl, you disrespect her like that? So disappointing.
