Losing in the playoffs to these ass jabbers is completely unacceptable.

The Rangers will open Sunday at 3. I don't like the afternoon game, but at least it is 3 and not 12:30. TB and Florida play at 12:30 on Sunday. The Isles and Canes play at 5 on Saturday.

I read/heard somewhere that the Caps -37 goal differential is the worst for a playoff team in 30 + years. This needs to be a short series.

The Rangers are tied for 4th favorite to win the Cup:

The Carolina Hurricanes are technically favored at +600 to win, according to BetMGM. At this point in the season, that price doesn’t really represent a clear edge compared to the field.

With no one priced better than +600 and six teams priced between in the +600 to +800 range, this year’s battle for the Stanley Cup is as wide open as we’ve seen in a decade.

After the Hurricanes, we have the Panthers at +700, the Stars at +750, and the Rangers, Oilers and Avalanche all priced at +800.

According to Sports Odds History, this is the highest-priced favorite entering round one of the playoffs in more than 10 years, with the closest comparison being in 2011-12, when the Rangers were +550 entering the playoffs.

The Rangers were +2200 or around that before the season started.

It’s a disgrace that dough boy, imbecile Shaun Morash is a Rangers fan. Him talking hockey makes Mad Dog look like a savant.

Who the fuck is Shaun Morash and why would you bother to come here to talk about him if you dislike him when probably 2 other people on the entire board have even a remote idea who he is?

Dude, you gotta get a life other than being an angry troll looking to respond to my posts. Seriously, go get a bottle of bourbon and a hooker Charlie Harper style.

Hart stepped up and Knicks got the job done. I like the Knicks in 6. Should be a fun series.

Does Chytil play today, and if not today does he play soon? Barring a setback, I have to think he'll play sooner rather than later, even if it isn't in game 1.

Will Filip Chytil return to the ice Sunday, or will he be a healthy scratch?

Laviolette has been coy about the status of his forward, who hasn’t played since November with an upper-body injury but has been practicing with the team this past week and is medically cleared to play.

Asked what goes into the decision-making process on when to bring an injured player back when he’s healthy and how to reintegrate him into the lines, Laviolette said, “For a player to come back and be effective, it has got to be a process they have to go through to get to that point.

“For somebody who’s been out for a while, at the end of the day, if we have healthy players that are available to play, we’re going to play them if we feel they can help the team. I’ll give you an instance: If somebody from our top line is out for a week and they come back and they’re available, then they’re going to go back and play.’’

The complication in the case of Chytil is that he’s been out for months, and the Rangers have continued winning without him. So, perhaps Laviolette doesn’t want to shake up lines that have been working successfully.

He can go ahead and shake up any line outside of Panarin/Trocheck/Lafreniere. The other lines aren't showing anything close to great chemistry.
