White is one of the more underrated players in the league. (IMO, he's a borderline all-star)
I would love for Scoot to get to his level

The guy I was most impressed with in that game was Dejounte Murray.

A bummer for Jimmy, but could not have happened to a more deserving franchise.

he's a good player, though he has some holes in his game

I was surprised when the Spurs traded him; but San Antonio, unlike Portland, doesn't seem to straddle many fences when it comes 20-something players who appear headed for below-sll-star careers and high salaries. They move on. Murray is probably a bit better overall than Vassell and Keldon Johnson, but those two may fit Popovich better than Murray did, and are cheaper. Besides, the Spurs got 3 draft picks from trading Murray even though the first one wasn't exercised because of protections. They still own Atlanta's unprotected 2025 & 2027 first round picks plus and unprotected 2026 swap.

So due to significant injuries, it seems pretty likely that the Pels and Heat will miss the playoffs. That means (assuming neither team moves up) we'll have a coinflip with the Heat. The winner will get the 12th pick and the loser the 13th.

So Miami, Sac and GS all have the same record, and to avoid a coin toss we need Sac to beat the Pelicans and Miami to beat Chicago. Is that correct?
I think there is a good chance that will happen. I think the Heat will beat the Bulls in Miami.

Yeah, it's just one game, they are playing at home, and the Bulls are not that good.
