    I have a couple friends that are in the music business that have told me this. Prince did this a number of times. He was an avid basketball fan/player and the Paisley Park stories are many.
    That was a nice clip from KG. You could tell Pierce was in awe while he told it.

    Hurley turned down the Lakers cause the job he really wants is in Portland ( I wish ) ... problem with that is Jody is a cheapskate and would never pay ANY coach 10m per year. I wish the Blazers would chase him next offseason but like I said our owner has no vision and I believe one of the worst in the NBA.

    Just a decade ago Portland was a team with one of the very best owners in the league.
    Sad that it has come to this.

    Really though I could see Terry being JJ's lead assistant and I don't see a way in hell that JJ would disrespect Terry like Griffin did.

    A little outside the NBA but Blazer's Related. I remember how sky high I was on the team in those early Rudy years on the team with Roy, Aldridge and Oden!
