    It's actually crazy the only thing they ended up with was Embiid, they had so many great picks. If they had done an average job drafting they would've had a stacked contender.

    This makes me think Monty has some flaws? He has had good jobs but can't seem to keep them?

    Billups would looks great back in Detroit and I think a fair trade would be 7 and Billups for 5 --- lol

    In all seriousness I wonder if Langdon would want to bring back one of the Pistons favorites to fill the position I mean I would have NO issue letting Billups out of his last year of his deal to go to Detroit. Hell in fact i would help him pack cause as I have said he was a great player but sucks as a coach at least to this point. -- NM -- I mean Billups is a great coach and Detroit you would be super lucky to have him coach your team. -- lol

    I believe that offset would all be in the coaches contract and potentially vary a lot case by case.

    Detroit fans are allowed to make lists of why they needed a new coach. Portland fans with similar lists are told to drop it and quit complaining.

    Yes Monty Williams is the reason Detroit sucked. Let's listen to the educated Pistons fans. Can you imagine if somebody read this forum and then went somewhere else and said, "You know, I read somewhere that blah blah blah......." Sigh.....

    If you check on a DET forum, they ~uniformly hate Monty. Now whether they are educated or not is impossible to ascertain.
