All of you people clamoring to acquire a certain rookie from Tennessee? Your prayers have been answered:

Seems like he was very highly rated not so long ago:

So long as he spends the time working on his game (finishing at the rim, for example) it's probably for the best.

Excited to see what Clingan does.

    Don't care about Minaya.

Expect very little from Rupert and less from Murray but would be happy to be surprised.

Actually has me missing the Watford summer league champ squad.... that roster was really fun.

Wonder if this is an indicator Walker will be cut?

I'll be happy to watch some Blazer basketball. Especially this time of year when there isnt much on TV in the sports world for me. (not a MLB fan).

Yeah, me too. I'm already talking myself into some of the players.

I guess I'm in a small minority that's excited for Kris. He looked excellent defensively last year. If he can reliably hit spot ups, he's a good rotation player next year.

Not sure how much SL will tell us but I think Kris is on his way to a long career in the NBA.

For Donovan, I'm interested to see how he looks physically. He has some strength and balance issues he's going to have work through. Wonder where his conditioning is at too. How does he look movement wise in space and handles the defensive 3 second rule...how quickly is the jumper going to be a real thing.

I don't think SL is the forum for Clingan to shine in. I won't worry if he's a foul machine who scores in the single digits. Right now I'm more interested in the Davis vs. Chandler battle to be invited to training camp.

We had to stay below the summer league salary cap. We're still paying for that one year when we had Michael Beasley and all those vets that didn't make the regular team.

SL is never good for bigs. The guards are ball hogs trying to impress for a spot on a team somewhere in the world.

Agreed, but may also be good for a weak side shot blocker going after said guards.
