TAM and Alabama losing...honestly wouldn't usually care but Smart's comments the other day now make me really happy...he just comes across as super freakin' whiny then and now...
If ever there was a year where the Ducks could win the Natty. This is the year. I’ve never seen so much parity in college football. No real dominant teams. Kind of surprising considering what people thought the NIL would do. But I guess the modern transfer portal kind of counter balances that.
Deshaun Foster has done a helluva job coaching UCLA. Also, weird seeing Eric Bienemy tossed around for head coaching jobs in the NFL and he’s stuck at UCLA offensive coordinator the past few years.
I think if it was like past years yes. But with the expanded playoffs there's an extra game or two where if things don't go your way you're out.
The national rivals guys relay that Oregon verbal CB from Maryland Brandon Finney who is in Eugene right now, is back to "locked in" status with the Ducks. It was rumored for quite a while that he was going to flip to much closer to home Penn State. Early National Signing Day is just 10 days away running Dec 4-6. STOMP
Will the Parade march right up I-5 form Eugene to Downtown Ptown when the Ducks win it all? Cause its happening.
would heart if could. Don’t even need to look that one up, can’t imagine us being the only undefeated team before.
……..”Wait until the middle of November….the slow start in these first 2 games won’t mean a thing…..a Win is a Win!”…..
I love grind it out wins in football. The sign of a good team is being able to win in multiple ways. Most fans panic. But winning ugly, when not much goes your way, especially on the road will pay dividends when the games really matter in January.
Also to note I have the most confidence in an Oregon kicker in a long time. Bro is potentially draft worthy at this rate. I figure if I don’t say his name it doesn’t count as a jinx…
I don't believe he has the range for the NFL. He's never made a FG of 50 yards or longer, and the NFL kickers need to have 55-60 yard range
Haastrup visited Michigan this past weekend and is visiting Oregon next weekend along with Jahkeem... looking back at my posts I could see how you thought it was this past weekend. Anyhoo those two get to enjoy the Fusky game Usually whatever leaks out from an Official Visit comes a day or two after they return home. Tobi's named final schools are Florida State, Missouri, USC, Texas Tech, Michigan & Oregon. What has come out is the murmurs about Duck verbal commit and Florida WR Dallas Wilson flipping seem done. The national rivals peeps were all aflutter about Florida swooping in because of a planned trip over last weekend, but he cancelled those plans. Also, still talk from them that Kansas State verbal TE Linkon Cure is trying to make it out to Eugene prior to announcing. Ohio State verbal 5* CB Na'eem Orford may flip, but it sounds like Oregon will just be a hat on the table... with Finney & Brew in the fold, Oregon is sitting great with CB recruiting. Lastly, there are rumblings of a top Safety prospect potentially flipping from OU to UO. Oklahoma verbal Omarion Robinson is said to be considering his options and the Ducks have been involved with his recruitment for a while. Btw, I specify when stuff comes from the national recruitment staff as they are not at all biased towards Oregon For the most part it seems like Lanning is going after top shelf recruits for the class and is fine with ending up with less total kids then whats been the norm. I assume he will then fill out the roster with transfers. STOMP
