The backcourt penalty was invented to "speed up the game." But the game is more than "fast" enough. Let the players use the whol court for Pete's sake!MLB: A picher throwing a ball to 1st base more than 4 times per at bat results in a "ball" being called for the batter. Exception: if the batter passes the halfway mark between bases. I'm sick and tired of watching a pitcher throw the ball to 1st 8 times during an at bat!
NFL: Abolish all the gay quaterback rules, and treat them like anyother player on the field. I hate seeing great hustle sacks get called back for a hand to the helmet.NBA: go back to the old school with no dunking. People don't even know how to shoot anymore, all they do is dunk. Also expand the key and change it from 3 in the key to 2 seconds. and actually call it, yes even on superstars like shaq.MLB: take away the bean ball rule. Pitchers are afraid to throw inside, becuase they can accidently hit a batter and get thrown out of the game. Fuck the DH. make the AL pitchers actually be athletes and run and hit. Stop letting pitchers wear a jacket when they get on base, why do they get special treatment.
NFL: Get rid of the BS QB hit penaltysNBA: Make the current 3-point shot a 4-point shot, and bring the 3 to where it is in college/high school.MLB: Either bring the DH into both leagues or make use of the different rules come interleague time. Have the pitcher hit in games in AL parks, and use the DH in games in NL parks.
NFL: Get rid of the "down by contract" rule thing. When the ref reviews the play and he sees that the guy wasn't down (even though they blew the whistle dead), and the defense picks up the fumble, give them the ball, but move them back like 10 yards to make it fair.NBA: Have 5 challenges a game... whether it's a foul or just any blown call, let the coaches the game all together.MLB: Get rid of the umpires and get electronic stuff that are FAIR.

MLB- DH for both leagues. Bring Instant review to the game for Homeruns and close plays. NBA-Make it mandatory for all-stars to attend the Dunk contest. NFL- Abolish all anti-celebration rules and put a game in the middle of the week.

NFL- Change the overtime rule so that it isn't sudden death. That works in a sport like hockey because you can go a whole game without scoring. Imagine if there were sudden death in basketball? It's the same way for football. The overtime needs to be more like the college OT when teams each start on the 25. Much better system in my opinion. NBA- Enforce traveling better. Kind of like a rule change like the NFL did with pass interference. Just make the refs realize it more. MLB- Get rid of the DHNHL- No need to change anything. The NHL is perfect! Speaking of I just got my Carolina Hurricanes stanley cup champions DVD. I just watched game 7 all over again. Sent chills down my spine. World Cup- Get rid of offsides.

From what I've seen on TV, it's rewarding teams who don't get back on defense.

Taking away Offsides in soccer will be like a Center staying on the other side of the court. His team gets the rebound and just keeps on throwing it to the center. Easy points and it makes the game less interesting and cheesey.
