RIP to a great film maker. I saw eraserhead before he was well known at a UC Davis independent film festival and thought, what a strange cat? Henry!!!!!
A gut punch for sure. Doubly so if it's true that the evacuations and air quality contributed to his death. RIP
H died of Pulmonary emphysema and was dying from it before the fires...probably was hooked up to an oxygen tank throughout the ordeal....he talked about the cost of his love for smoking and his not being able to work anymore because of it. He was already dying but I'm sure the fires didn't slow it down
