Hughes was sent home for evaluation so it's more than a day to day injury, makes the Debs catchable. For all the fanfare about Carolina they're only 2 points ahead of NJ. From the addition of the hugely underrated Carrick this Summer to adding two former 1st rounders for players that were not part of the Rangers future I think Drury has done an overall good job compared to previous Rangers GMs but he's been let down by key players underachieving postseason then compounding the problem by letting their opinions cloud his decisions. It will be interesting to see how the new look Rangers perform against the Caps tomorrow.
