Chad ford from insider reported from the euro big man camp that pavel dominated everyone there. he also nailed 18 of 25 3's and made no look passes, cross over dribbles as he played point center for a little while.Ford talked to the reps of every single team and they all said he is a top 5 pick again, some even went as far as saying he should be the top pick.

Wow, thats a pretty big surprise. I was hearing from everyone that Podkolzine had bust written over him. 18 of 25 3's for a 7'5 guy is very, very impressive (18 of 25 3's is impressive for anybody who could do it).

The crossover dribbles, no look passes and 3 point shooting at an important workout are often considered warning flags more than pluses for a 7-footer. A team that draft's Padkolzine is hoping for a legit center, not a ball-handler or perimeter shooter.

That being said Padkolzine is a top 5 talent and will probably end up going 5-10 because of health concerns, poor phsyical condition and the fact that it will take him all 3 years of his rookie contract for him to be ready to play big minutes in the L. Whoever drafts him will have to accept him not helping much next season.

I have a feeling Washington will get him, but he is even a bigger project than Kwame, I do not want him. I want someone who can bang inside, not a perimeter Center.

I'd be surprised if Washington took Pavel over Biedrins...but its so hard to say because teams leak misinformation more often than the pentagon.

I think washington would do best to trade their pick, but Pavel will be to intriguing with his size and upside for many teams to pass on him.

I agree, Washington should trade down in range to draft Al Jefferson, they are really high on him. They could get two picks in return, or even a player n a pick.

I think they should package Stack and the pick to make a run at Erick Dampier, Shareef Abdur Rahim or other low-post help.

He dominated by being physical and banging. but he also showed that he can do those other things.Ford said when he started to do to many crossovers that the scouts told him to stop show boating.pavel said he just wants to play in the nba and he doesn't care where he goes he just wants to go to a team that will teach him and let him play. the other top prospect andriuskevicius shocked scouts because at 7'3 he plays more like a sf than center. he nailed 15 out 25 3's and played point guard most of the camp because there is only big men at the camp.he will probably drop out of this year draft, because his agent wants a top 5 pick promise which wouldn't be far fetched but he also wants the team that drafts him to let him play one more year overseas.Ford said a top 5 team isn't willing to do that.
