5 Seconds left, tie score. Who do we give the ball to? <font size="1">(Last season it never should have been McGrady... Ingore my cheap shot  )</font> Steve Francis? Cuttino Mobley? A healthy Grant Hill? Dwight Howard? Hedo Turkoglu? I'd have to go with Franis on this one, he's the only proven leader on our team. However, come clutch time he often throws the ball away or turns it over. If Dwight Howard somehow takes over and shocks the world, and plays like Lebron - Then Dwight Howard, and that scenario is unlikely. Grant Hill only scores at the doctors office. He's already a certified pro come X-Ray time. I'll pass on him. Hedo Turkoglu can knock down big shots for us come clutch time. If we need a three, he's our best choice.
I'd go with Francis because he can get high precentage shots by driving, and if all doesn't go well Steve can kick it out to our perimeter shooters(Hedo, Mobley, Garrity). And most people believe Francis is a good clutch player... For three point dephasits, I still have to go with Garrity if healthy, then Turk, then Mobley... BTW, didn't someone make the topic already?
I wouldn't give it to Francis becuase of one game against the Lakers when Franics took the last shot for the win instead of going into OT he crossed the Jordans off of GP but airballed. We can't be airballing game winners now can we. Wouldn't give it do dwight unless he's wide open down there on the block Turkoglu is our best bet him or Mobley. They're both clutch shooters in my book.

He should attack the basket and kick it to a three point specialist. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">And most people believe Francis is a good clutch player...</div> He's not bad, but he's turned it over in the past, just pointing that out. I remember a lot of Houston fans getting upset over some of his decisions down the stretch. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">For three point dephasits, I still have to go with Garrity if healthy, then Turk, then Mobley...</div> Turk > Garrity. Garrity is a great player, but I'd still take Hedo. If Garrity was in a pinch and needed to dribble his way around the opponent to set himself up better, we'd be screwed. Turk is more versatile and has a pretty good jumper. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">BTW, didn't someone make the topic already?</div> A while ago. I recreated it because peoples opinions may have changed.

Either francis or mobely. Howard is young and shouldnt even be considered our clutch time 5 second left in the game option. Hill is not proven he can still do what he did when he was at full health. Francis hit a couple game winning threee for the rockets last season in clutch time. Then sometimes on a inbound playt they gave iot to francis then to mobely on a role and hit a corner threee pointer or two. Turkoglu is not a super star player and unless he has a wide open three pointer or jumper. Or becomes a steve kerr type player who can come up big clutch time or like paxson was for the bulls then I dont think he should be conisdered our last minute option.
Whomever is open. Francis is not clutch IMO. I've seen him hoist up 3pointers when they're only down 2. Or turn it over. Or complete bricks. Until Dwight becomes the next KG we should go by committee

If there is only 1 pass..then Stevie..or Hill if healthy...if there is a 2nd pass then Hedo for sure...man I saw him make this 3 with .7 left...it was awesome...2nd option for 2nd pass I will go with Mobley or Garrity..
I'd say Mobley just because he's the best shooter in the Magic's starting five in my opinion. Franchise is a good second option though, as is Turkoglu.
Mobley, Turkoglu, Garrity should get the ball after Franchise penetration. They all are very good outside shooters and if Franchise can penetrate good enough, then one of those 3 should be open. I would feel safe with either of those 3 shooting it down the stretch.
"Grant Hill only scores at the doctors office" Seriously LMAO about that. Good one  Umm, since Francis does turn over alot, and giving the ball to a rookie is just as bad, I would probably go with Mobley.
I have been a rocket fan for a long, long time and on pressure situations Mobley is the guy and trust me i saw every Rocket game of this season.I saw mobley stopped TMac.Mobley score like 26 poits and TMac just 14 and trust me Tmac was SHOOTING.Kato is the best center you guys have sinse Ben and Shaq.He is afraid of no one.Something you guys may not know is that in 2001 the Rockets only lost 4 games against the east and it was mainly because of those 3 players. If Hill comes back and plays the same way he did before the Magic will be the underdogs that no one would whant to face in the Playoffs. Sorry about my english guys i wish you understand.
No problem man, it's almost funny how I can understand people that learn english as a second language better than about 50% of the Americans who al talk like this and never bother to check their spelling mistakez and put z's instead of s's and LOL after every line and u instead of you and ALWAYS FORGET TO PUT COMMAS AND PERIODS. Ahh that felt pretty good Anyway, yeah I agree with you. Kato will really come in handy now that we have to play Shaq four times, and possibly more in the playoffs.
I say Mobley should get a dish from Franchise, and he should try and drive in and take a pull-up if it's a 2 point game, if not he should shoot the 3.
I think the real answer here is that we might have several options (depending on several variables of course... Healthy Grant, DH, Turk). We just don't know who's going to shine here in the sunshine state (sorry for that pun). It could be one of several players rather than the one superhero. It's going to be an interesting year.
