These two have showed from the start of the season that they are serious candidates for the mvp award. When either of their teams played w/o them, they lost to some ez teams. Who do you think is more valuable to their team?

Steve Nash definitely. The Suns not only lost without Nash, they got stomped on without him. They lost to some bad teams by 10 to 20 points. Without Nash, the Suns can't run their offense. They want to run the ball, but Leandro Barbosa can't do that effectively.

The Cavs were close in the end against the Knicks, even without LeBron, so, I believe Steve Nash means more to his team than LeBron does.

I too think it's Nash. He went out of the lineup for a few games, and the Suns lost all 5 of those games. Amare's point production also decresed as result of Nash being out...

Nash has the better team, but ooooweeee, you cant mind lebron's 25, 7.5, 7.5 and 2.5 of a game. Those are literally jordan numbers

Nash is more important but James is better and probaly more suitable for MVP.

It's Most Valuable not best statistics. No one has a bigger impact on their team than Steve Nash.

I'd say Allen Iverson has the biggest impact. He has no team at all around him, yet they could still quite easily make playoffs. He should win MVP.
