QUOTE

Seven weeks ago, Nenad Krstic couldn’t even run. Rehab of his surgically repaired knee had been set back by an unrelated knee sprain. Now, the 7-foot Serb is playing near full games. His stats have yet to catch up with his rehab but neither he nor the Nets are concerned. He is working his way back into NBA shape. It’s a slow but steady process

He looked quick off the block a couple times, and his shot is there. Still waiting for "dunking all over Dwade" moments of atheleticism though.

We will see moments, yet we will scream in frustration. All part of the process. At least he is playing while getting his wind going.

It's so hard watching him now knowing that any minute, we have a chance to loose him again. Best to take it slow.

We have a good handfull of quality bigs. Magloire, Allen, Boone, Williams if anything happens. I'm just glad we're not saddled with a mega long term deal on him yet.
