Andre Miller's Poor Start

    Since the regular season, Andre Miller has been an enigma and at least through the first nine games, hasn't come close to meeting last year's performance.</p>

    Miller will turn 32 in March and most don't see him as the point guard of the future. (He is signed through the 2008-2009 season). In fact his name will no doubt be mentioned up to the Feb. 21 trade deadline.</p>

    Still, the best scenario is for him to gain more consistency, the type he achieved last year after being traded from Denver.</p>

    The Sixers have so little margin for error against opponents. The Miller of last year has to emerge for them to improve. Nine games is too early to write him off, but not too soon to expect more from the starting point guard position. -- <font color="#000000">Philadelphia Inquirer</font></p>
