Etan Thomas has been cleared to participate in non-contact drills, such as shooting and running. Thomas hasn't played this season after having surgery to repair a leak in his heart.

It had been speculated that the six-year veteran wouldn't return this season, but a team spokesman said that no timetable has been set. -- The Washington Post</div>

Eddie Jordan is doing a great job with his short-handed team. I'm really impressed the Wizards didn't fold after Arenas went down with an injury.

Etan Thomas was a missing piece to the puzzle all season long.

How good can the Wizards be once everyone is back and healthy?

Good news for the Wizards, and great for him that he can take this step in the right direction towards coming back.
