    JR Smith doesnt have a low bball IQ, he just has so much confidence in his game. Maybe a little too much, but what if he fills out his full potential and able to use that confidence to score from anywhere at will. That would be scary.

    Uh, there is absolutely no question that JR Smith has a low basketball IQ. He is a truly dumb player.
