I'm going to be at the Monday night game! I'm so fuckin' stoked for it. When I got tickets for it, Favre was retired and there was no talk of him going to the Jets. I expect the Chargers to come out from the gate and kick major ass. They are pissed that Hochuli stole the "W" from them last week. Can't wait!

Dallas @ Green Bay should be good. Should prove to us if Aaron Rodgers and his team can be real contenders. I think they come out with the win.

Philly and Pittsburgh should be another good one. I'm going with Philly in this one, as they are the "home" team.

Once again, I won't get to watch the Cowboys game. I hate this working 6 to midnight shit...oh well, I'll deal with it. I full expect Dallas to win this game. Aaron Rodgers has yet to face a real good defense and I fully expect Dallas to blitz a lot that night and keep him on his toes.

 I know Dallas defense is supposed to be good, but if it is anything like Monday night's, I wouldn't be hyping that as your argument for a victory.

By that token, both Philly's and Dallas' defenses suck.

And so did the Giants defense last year. They have up 40(?) something points in week 1 to Dallas.

Point being: this was two good offenses that met each other; scoring was expected (though, maybe not to the extent that it was).... 7 of Dallas' points given up where when Dallas' defense was on the sidelines (the fumble). Additionally, in the second half, Dallas gave up 7 points.... 0 in the 4th quarter.... and thought I haven't checked it for myself, I read we gave up 43 net yards in the 4th Quarter. The defense was bad in the 1st half. But it looked to me like we made adjustments and held in the 2nd half.

Of course, I was drunk too.

Maybe that is impairing my memory.

I'll be at the Dallas vs. Green Bay game. It should be a big test for the Packers but certainly not a make or break game. They're 2-0 after all and it's early.

A lot of good games this week though. That one as well as Jacksonville vs. Indy, Pittsburgh vs. Philadelphia, New Orleans vs. Denver, and N.Y. Jets vs. San Diego.

That's a good slate of games.

I'd say it's hardly make or break for them as well. They're in arguably the weakest division in football and probably only need a 9-7 record to win it, 10-6 at best.

As for the Dallas defense...yea, they looked atrocious against Philly. However, they shut down a pretty damn good offense in Cleveland and held them to 10 points.

We gave up 0 points in the 4th quarter. 43 net yards, too, IIRC.

7 points total in the second half.

We had a porous 1st half... made adjustments... came out pretty good in the 2nd half. The Eagles offense is explosive. Its not surprising they put up some numbers on us, either.

Wow, Cassel was ruled "dead" but he escaped and almost ran in for a TD. Then he throws an interception on the next play.

Bad call man, let them play.

    Griffin intercepts a pass!

I wish I could watch Titans games, man. Listening on the radio makes me feel like a crap fan.

Houston challenging whether Griff was in-bounds when he caught the ball.
