I come from a motorcycle background and in my experience, low-speed accidents are usually the ones that cause the most damage. The thing that makes a moped or other "slow" motorized two-wheel toys is that it's so un-intimidating and often times you don't take precaution when riding them. Add to that, you are more inclined to do tricks on those types of bikes and if you don't take it seriously, you lose focus, and you get hurt. Yes, I speak from experience. The most dangerous motorcycle I've had is a 50cc Honda mini-bike.
I think if the warriors void Monta's deal somebody else can sign him, so yeah I think he'd be an FA. I think Kensaku's right if you aren't doing it right, you can easily get hurt. I also think that Mopeds aren't that wussy, but it really depends on the model because I think it's certainly wussy enough for me not want to ride one. If it's a motorized bicycle, then that's kind of stupid looking. But if it's a motorized scooter, that's somewhat acceptable. But yeah, if I was hurt riding an ugly moped I would have lied and said it was from a payday orgy celebration with 50 las vegas strippers and I slipped on some spilled massage oils.
