I'd rather have Marbury than Dickau.

I'm down with Marbury. Aside from his weird behavior, he's still a pretty decent player. The guy used to be clutch, I wonder what happened?

The money Isiah offered him probably got to him and he just acted like an idiot off of the court. I think he still has the skill to be a great player in the league, maybe a guy who could give you 15 points and 8 assists, he just don't have the motivation or right mindset for it.

If he does come to Oakland, I would accept him. Nellie might actually be able to control him. It could kind of be like the Baron Davis situation. He had a bad attitude and didn't play much and people forgot about him. Nellie could change Marbury and make him the player he once was. Maybe that's just hoping for too much, but if Marbury could be the player he once was, for us, then we could be a team that could contend for the playoffs.

I also think his downfall can be attributed to an unstable mind....something just never seemed right about Stephon
