Rose's back spasms probably clinched it.

I am happy about this...Lindsey Hunter will make a fine back up point guard who can give Rose valuable tips to becoming a more efficient passer on the court. Rose has great passing skills, but it's knowing how to get players to do what you need them to do and then getting and then executing the right pass to become an efficient passer.

Lindsey will also help Rose out on the defensive end. Giving him tips and whatnot.

Well, that's cool, I guess. For a stop gap measure he seems as good as anyone else. I'd rather have him than some sort of D-league-ish guy. I don't think playing Rose 40 minutes a night is a good idea, even if it appears he can handle it for now.

Well, this is definitely just really a stop-gap until Hughes gets back, or at least I assume.

Regardless, I'm ok with this signing. Playing Rose 40 minutes per night was not really ideal, regardless of how electric he's been.

The Bulls are now over the luxury tax threshold if they simply do nothing about it for the rest of the year.

I think this is a great signing if Rose can learn Defense from Hunter. Hunter was a lockdown defender, so hopefully Rose can pick up on anything he teaches.
