Gotta be Fergie for me. His managerial record is awesome, until someone else manages at the top for this long and wins this many trophies, it will always be him. I admire Wenger for the way he gets his players to play, and I love watching his team play, but there's not enough silverware for my liking. Big Phil is good, but we need to see him at a top team for a long time (at least 5 years) before you can get a good idea what his managerial style is. If you're only at national teams, or only at teams for a few years you will struggle to get your managerial identity across.

Give me Wenger. Unlike other coaches he doesn't depend on his clubs money to win games and trophies. He builds talent with minimal money.

Of all time, it has to be Alex Ferguson. The sheer amount of trophies he has won is immense.

For this current season, it has to be Phil Brown, or O'Neill.

Ferguson and Wenger have both turned down international coaching...

My point is, its not like they have managed a national side and failed. Scolari's international achievement should be taken out of the picture, this is about the best Premier League manager - Not overall. Read the question next time.
