Nate has his ideas, I have mine, and everybody else has theirs. I was just thinking we could take a look at general ideas of what we all think our lineups and rotations should look like.

    Here is mine

PG: Bayless / Blake - I think we are having a hard time lately getting energy into the starting lineup. I would like to see how the Blazers fair with Bayless starting, and depending on how he is doing, move him down. Also, having a great PG defender to start off on top PG's would really hamper the other team from getting comfortable in its offense. In the end, Blake may play more minutes (when healthy) but Bayless would start. Sergio is third string and only trotted out in emergencies.

SG: Roy / Rudy - obvious. Roy gets most of the minutes, but Rudy also finds time at SF.

SF: Rudy / Outlaw / Batum - Rudy starts to help add more punch into the starting lineup. I would have Outlaw here, but he always seems to suck when he starts. Have Outlaw be one of the first off the bench and rudy can take a breather before subbing in for Roy. Batum sees his roll lessened to a defensive assignment specialist for this year. He has a bright future, but needs to work on the offensive end to be out on the floor as much as he is.

PF: Aldridge / Frye / Outlaw - LA to start and Frye gives him breathers in the first half. Ike could do this as well. Pretty much how Nate has been doing this position. In the second half, I like Outlaw playing bu PF if possible.

C: Przybilla / Oden - I think its time to move Joel back to starting and bring Oden off the bench. Oden only plays 22 minutes a game cause of foul trouble. Perhaps moving him into the lineup later would give him more time to get into the flow. FOr example, if he comes in to start the second quarter instead of to start the game, he will have zero fouls to begin with. He can then stay on the could through 3 fouls instead of through 2 if he were starting. This will give him more time to adjust and learn. His total minutes might not change, but he will play for more time at a stretch.

    Roy/Rudy
    Batum/Outlaw
    Aldridge/Outlaw
    Oden/Przybilla

I want to get Batum, Oden, and Bayless more PT. I would like to stick to a 9 man rotation.

I tend to agree with much of your roster - but you've forgotten about Webster. Which leads me to agree with other contributors = we need a trade!

    Raef + Webster for Granger?

Blake/Bayless - I have Bayless coming off the bench because the bench can be inconsistent at times and I think Bayless would sure that up. At the end of the game though I'd go with Bayless.

    Roy/Rudy - ...

Batum/Outlaw - We already saw how this worked out when Outlaw started. He's a much better bench player. Outlaw just needs someone to start the game for him, and Batum does his job and then sits.

Aldridge/Outlaw - Aldridge is the only PF that deserves to get consistent minutes. Outlaw works well here as well, even with Aldridge in the game.

Oden/Przybilla - With Przybilla breaking his wrist he's no longer scoring as much as he used to and his blocked shots are down as well. Main reason he rebounds more than Greg is Greg will let his teammates grab rebounds when it's just the two of them while Przybilla will practically rip it out of his teammates hands at times.

oden should cut his teeth more on the 2nd string centers, getting 2 fouls in 2 minutes then riding out the rest of the quarter is getting a little pedantic - i think he needs to warm up on some lesser quality players n get some momentum going.

Blake/Bayless with Roy at the end of game if neither of these two are doing well.
    Roy/Rudy
Batum/Webster or Webster/Batum (Rudy getting some time too)
Aldridge/Frye or Outlaw depending on who sucks less at the time
    Oden/Pryzbilla

    end game with
    Roy
    Rudy or Blake or Bayless
    Batum
    Aldridge
    Oden or Pryzbilla

Whichever player out of Rudy, Blake, and Bayless is playing well should be in at the end of the game. lI feel like Batum should be playing at the end of games more often. He does so well defensively, and I feel like Outlaw is more of a liability than I'd like.
