LeBron and Wade alone can reach 2 MVPs each. As for 4 different players, it'll be tough for 03' to reach but who knows what could happen.
There are really only 4 very good players in LeBron, Wade, Carmelo and Bosh. I think LeBron and Wade are going to get enough MVP's between them, and Carmelo and Bosh might win one each, maybe.
Bosh will never win an MVP award. I doubt Carmelo does either, unless he players for a very good team. The '03 draft was top-heavy. There was a lot of talent throughout, but only 4 players you could really build a team around. The '96 draft had a crapload who, at some point or another, were franchise-level players.
1984 draft class is still the best Michael Jordan Hakeem Olajuwon Charles Barkley John Stockton Alvin Robertson Kevin Willis Otis Thorpe
1985 was damn good too Karl Malone Detlef Schrempf Xavier McDaniel Patrick Ewing Charles Oakley Chris Mullin Michael Adams Joe Dumars AC Green Terry Porter Arvydas Sabonis Spud Webb
By can I meant will. Lots of players didn't get MVPs which they deserved. I'm sure one of the 03' draft players will get snubbed as well at some point in the future. Either you're the MVP, or you're not.
Wade is a great player, but he seems like the type of performer who won't have the longest career. I'm not sure if his window is large enough to get an MVP, not that I judge players by that anyway.
Wade might get lucky with one. lebron will end up with 3-4 (which isn't a stretch by any means). aside from those two, i just don't see anyone else having that kind of success.
That was a great draft, however, 1984 was probably the best with Jordan, Barkley, Olajuwon, Stockton, & others. I like 03' cause of Bron, Melo, Wade
lebron, melo, bosh, wade, david west, chris kaman, tj ford, kirk hinrich, boris diaw, kendrick perkins, josh howard was pick 30, mo williams was pick 47.... lots of good ones there besides the big 4..... 03 was the best
