The Raiders are set to make an announcement tomorrow. The funny thing is, they only interviewed two guys so far, Green and Al Saunders. Saunders has already said that he's not interested.

The Raider offense will be back on top next season, count on it.

Dennis green in oakland this move makes alot of sense
oaklands offense will be back count on that! Count on
dennis green taken chances on players that scouts and
teams pass up in the draft. He will bring the swagger back
in oakland, it will be interesting to see what he does with
    the wrs there.

I heard that he is a shoe in at Arizona, not Oakland. I forgot where I heard that, but I think it was on ESPN.

You could be right. With Raiders GM Bruce Allen resigning yesterday, Denny has to wonder who he will be working with if he were to take the Oakland job. Allen's resignation couldn't have come at a worse time with regard to courting a new head coach. I've been looking around today, and I have yet to see that Green has made his decision or what the Raiders announcement was today (if any). This sucks.

Trust me, you don't want him. He destroyed the Vikings. He's great at building a short term program, but does not plan for the long term.

It's official. Green will be wearing red next season. I thought he was the best coach that Al could have gotten this offseason, and he's gone.
