    Only for the minimum. And he would still be a backup.

    All vets go to Boston. :[

    I'd love him on this team.

    I've been clamoring for Grant Hill all along. I hope we get him. He had a very productive season for the Suns last year. Lakers can also use him in a Ron Harper role. He can play point in the triangle.

    I doubt it happens now that we've got Artest.

    Unless the Lakers want him to back up Kobe.

    Fisher / Brown (I'm still hopeful on him coming back) / Farmar
    Kobe / Hill / Sasha
    Artest / Walton
    Gasol / Odom (come on, sign!) / Powell
    Bynum / Mbenga

    I would really love him here. He's still really productive at 37.

    I would love to sign him. If Shannon doesn't sign, he could be used as the backup point, as well as a backup 2 or 3.

    If we somehow managed to Grant Hill, we would definitely be one of the deeper teams the league has seen in a very, very long time.

    THat is IF we sign him. I'd be a pretty good signing too. We can go big and still fast with a (crazy)line-up like this:

    PG = Kobe
    SG = Hill
    SF = Artest
    PF = Odom
    C = Gasol
