Angry Milan fans want Berlusconi out CARNAGO, Italy (AP) - Angry AC Milan supporters protested against Silvio Berlusconi by throwing smoke bombs and fire crackers outside the San Siro. About 300 fans protested as new coach Leonardo held his first press conference. Fans held up a banner reading "Without compromise: Think of Milan first and then your own interests," along with signs criticizing club owner and Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi. Local police were called in to help control the situation, but no arrests were made and no injuries reported. Is this the end for Berlusconi?
"ICEMAN" WINS PRESIDENCY Richie Hielo has suprisingly beaten all competition to claim the presidency of A.C Milan Milan fans rejoiced today at the news Berlusconi is no more. The now former president of Milan left the club late last night amoung rumours that he would not return, rumours that have now been confirmed by an official statement from the club. Hielo won favour by promising a complete overhaul of the club but at the same time stating that he knew what made Milan great in the first place and it was a tried and tested formula he would not be changing. In front of a crowd of thousands of delirious milanistas he said: It remains to be seen if Hielo will keep his promises but his open approach is refreshing and if true can only be good for the rossineri and their fans. Hielo and Leonardo will meet later today and it is believed Leonardo has a list of players he will discuss with the new president. The news of Hielo's victory only goes to fuel the fire of the rumours regarding potential new owners.
