Claver looks pretty money. I wonder how he stacks up with the rest of our SF when he gets over here. Freeland I have liked since before we drafted him.

    * Just for a side funny note, I was looking up past drafts. And they said that LMAs NBA comparison was Channing Frye hahahaha nice.

There are articles out there (No, I don't have a link. Try Draftexpress.) that make Claver sound like a tweener. IE not strong enough to bang with PFs, but not quick enough to defend SFs. We shall see. Sergio was supposed to be a hot NBA prospect, while Nic was supposed to be a huge project. Scouting Euros seems to be even less of a science than scouting college players.

That's a good point, and one reason may be that there are so many "tweeners" playing in Europe, and that includes some of the American players. "Tweener" can be very successful when playing other "tweeners". The problem becomes apparent in the NBA, however, where there are some physical characteristics that are basically standard, and being a "tweener" means being mismatched unless possessing one incredible skill (i.e. Ben Gordon's shot-creating, for example).
