    There goes their chance @ Lackey and Guerrero. They were interested in both. They don't have the money.

    They cleared 9M with the Millwood deal, and then used only 7M on Harden. They saved $2M on this deal....

    Read the article, they're picking up $3 million of Millwood's salary, so they lost what, $500,000 on this? I don't know, but I do know they're in financial hell right now and don't have much spending money as it is. Lackey wasn't a realistic option for them, their hopes for him were based on a major hometown discount.

    Yeah, that is 3M that they didn't shed...9M-7.5M= 1.5M in cap gained. I don't really want them to get anymore pitching, so hopefully they are done.
