    The story appears to have been confirmed on Twitter by Justin Weiner, a sports producer and reporter for WGN Radio 720:

    LOL, but New York's not out of the running yet, apparently Lebron is throwing Eddy Curry a bone.
    The Knicks ended speculation is especially feverish since
    1. This is Eddy Curry we're talking about
    2. Eddy Curry is probably also not going to glow about his time with the Bulls

    That might be the best thing Eddy Curry has ever done for the Bulls. Scare LeBron from playing with D'Antoni in NY.

    I want to know if Eddy is Lebron's reclamation project. The whole story is weird.

    I doubt MJ has great things to say about the Bulls either. How come this story isn't about him pitching the MiCats?
