KG malicious play deserves suspension?

This play is ridiculous by Garnett. The guy is directly throwing his forearm at Dwight's arm. This is a non-basketball move if you ask me, and deserves to be upgraded to a flagrant at the very least if the league is going to do nothing.

he was the difference maker HK, without him we lost last year to Magic and superwoman, even though we were up 3-2.
