The Indiana Pacers signed 51st overall selection Magnum Rolle early Monday according to The Rookie Wall. Rolle is reported to have signed a two-year guaranteed deal with the team.

With training camp set to begin this week, Rolle is hoping to land a spot in the Pacers ever-changing rotation with the departure of power forward Troy Murphy who was dealt to his hometown New Jersey Nets this off-season. As a rookie, Rolle, will have to work hard to make that happen, but by all early accounts he appears prepared for the challenge.

As it stands today the Pacers run with banger and former Tar Heel Tyler Hansbrough, athletic and versatile forward Josh McRoberts and NBA veteran Jeff Foster at the four-spot heading into camp.
